Founder of the Union of Journalists of Angola (UJA) – Secretary of the UJA for Staff.
He was part of the Angolan Delegation in the negotiations that led to the Bicesse Accords in May 1991. The delegation's work was praised by the National Assembly of Angola.
In 1998, representative of the Government of Angola in the CPLP delegation for the conflict in Guinea-Bissau.
Career Ambassador.
In 2013, he was honored with the Certificate of Appreciation from the Embassy of the United States of America in Angola “for contributions to the re-establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Angola and the USA”.
In 2013, he received the Certificate of Recognition and Merit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for services provided in the construction, consolidation and projection of policy in the international sphere.

Community work:
Leader of an international Humanitarian Campaign launched in 2002 with the aim of raising resources for a disadvantaged population in Bié and Benguela. One campaign raised a million dollars.
He led the Community Investment group at BP, which focused on projects with a strong impact on the community such as reducing poverty and promoting social integration (Microcredit Project), access to energy (Paranhos Solar Project), access to water (Project Mabuia Water Collection), among others. The Micro-credit Project in the provinces of Huambo and Benguela includes one of BP's biggest awards internationally, the Helios Award.
